Our Founders
Kieran Hackett
Kieran is the co-founder and creative partner at grafikroom. He is a highly creative graphic design all-rounder who has worked in the design industry for over 20 years.
After completing a degree in graphic design he started his professional career at a leading Manchester graphic design and new media agency, developing work for clients including Astrazeneca, Glaxosmithkline and the NHS. In recent years, he has worked for dynamic creative service companies in Staffordshire and Shropshire and has been the lead designer for a international business and software consultancy.
Kieran co-founded Grafikroom in 2011. He overseas all aspects of design and creative work applying a broad range of skills to create solutions that delight and engage his clients audience.
Outside of work Kieran loves being a dad, loves adventure and loves the great outdoors. He’s a keen cyclist and hiker.
Katherine Hackett
Katherine is the co-founder and creative partner at Grafikroom. She is an accomplished graphic designer and excellent project manager.
Following her passion for design, Katherine completed degree in graphic design and was quickly snapped up by the UK’s market leading publisher and manufacturer of greetings cards and gifts. Here she developed creative work for multiple card and gift brands that sold through all major distribution channels including major supermarkets, high street specialists and independent UK retailers.
Currently Katherine’s work life is split between grafikroom and providing marking materials for one of the largest housing providers in the West Midlands.
Katherine applies her wealth of experience and knowledge to the business.
